ImperialHobbies.ca displays many images, logos and products in its pages. We would like to stress that many of these are copyrighted and trademarked materials and the sole property of their respective companies. The use of these items is in no way a challenge to that fact, nor should such a challenge be inferred from their use.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed and would like the material removed, please contact us. Send your email to oakley@imperialhobbies.ca and be sure to include the following:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyright, trademark or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
The URL of the page where the allegedly infringing material occurs.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
